	Amirouche Djema is final year student in the master petroleum engineering at UPPA and trainee at the Centre for X-ray Imaging. His challenge is to figure out why rock samples of different sizes have a different equilibrium saturation profile resulting from spontaneous imbibition. He uses real images provided from x-ray microtomography, combined with pore network modelling.
